Incorporation After discussing the details of your business such as the members involved, liability and capital, and choosing the most suitable legal structure, we determine the correct incorporation process and documents and help you complete the necessary documentation. 4. AHV Registration If required, we assist with the application for self-employment in Switzerland. This can be a key step of the process as your residence permit may depend on your employment status in the long term. 5. IT Setup We take care of all your IT setup needs, including domain, website, e-mail, socials and any additional services you may require.
